Looking after your boiler
Whether your boiler is one that we have installed, or one that you have had for years it is important to look after it properly. We feel it is our responsibility to ensure that your boiler runs smoothly throughout its life. You wouldn’t think of running a car without regular servicing, and if you did, you wouldn’t be surprised if things went wrong. This is why we give you a service reminder every year, so that you know when your boiler is due for its routine service. This work will be carried out by a specially trained member of staff who has an extensive knowledge of all boiler makes and models. He also carries a wide range of parts for all the boilers we install to avoid delivery delays.
Longer lifespan
For your comfort and safety, we feel that all our clients should make an annual boiler service as important a part of the household routine as painting the woodwork or mowing the grass. Having an annual service will ensure the safe and efficient running of your boiler - and increase its lifespan.
Taking Customer care seriously
Whilst many companies claim to take customer service seriously, we are the only plumber in the area to include a customer satisfaction survey with every job we undertake. This enables us to monitor what we are doing well, and see if there is anything we could be doing better. We always welcome praise, but we are equally keen to learn when we don’t meet our customers’ requirements.
Recent customer ratings (June 2005) show that we score a 4.9 out of a possible 5 for overall service, with 1000% of customers surveyed saying thatwould recommend us to their friends and family.
