Once Graham Gambles our installation Manager has visited your house to see what you require, we will give you a quote and should you wish to go ahead we will work with you to find a suitable date for the job to commence. Graham will be able to explain what’s involved in your project and estimate the length of the job. He is also available throughout the installation to answer any questions that you may have and will ensure that everything runs smoothly. On a day to day basis, your installation will be handled by qualified and friendly engineers who appreciate that their workplace is your home! As a result, at the end of every day’s work, they will tidy up any areas that they have worked in to the best of their ability. On completion, the engineer will give a full demonstration on how the system works and is controlled. As standard, we also conduct a customer service call to make sure that everything went according to plan, and that you are happy with your central heating system and boiler.
