We moved to Market Harborough just under 4 years ago and first came across Lewingtons when Harborough Stone used them to install a gas fire in our new fireplace. We were very pleased with that work and since then have used them to maintain our gas central heating system and fire.. They have also been really responsive and helpful when we had faults in the system. One of these occurred during the cold spell earlier…

Excellent service! Rob is a great chap – very pleasant. Patiently answered all of my questions; however basic/idiotic they probably sounded to him! Owner & Managing Director
Founded the company in 1981, starting out on his own and building up the business over the years. Kim has now taken a step back from the tools and focuses on overseeing the running of the business as a whole.
Director & Senior Repair Engineer
One of the first apprentices at the company, Graham has been with us for over 20 years, working his way up to become an Oftec registered senior engineer and director, who quotes for jobs and oversees installations. He’s also our resident oil, LPG and natural gas expert.
Director & Renewables Engineer
Starting out as an apprentice, Darren has been with the company for 14 years. He is now a senior engineer and director, who quotes for jobs and oversees installations. As well as being our renewables engineer, he carries out repairs on commercial gas and LPG boilers.
Director & Senior Install Engineer
Ian has been with us for 13 years, joining as an apprentice. He is now one of the directors as well as being a senior installation engineer, who quotes for jobs and oversees installations. He mainly works on boiler and bathroom installations for renovations and new builds.
Gas Service Engineer
Rob has been with Lewington for 11 years and started as an apprentice. Servicing gas boilers is his specialist area, but he also services gas fires and carries out gas safety checks for rented properties.
Plumbing Repair Engineer
Jon started with us 3 years ago, bringing 8 years of plumbing experience with him. Starting in the installation team, he has now taken on the role of plumbing repair engineer.
Also known as ‘Lenny’. Matthew has been with us for 4 years and has over 20 years’ experience within the field. He has gained his Gas Safe qualification and works on the boiler installation team.
Adam started as an apprentice and has been with us for 6 years. He is highly skilled in bathroom installs, as well as being Gas Safe registered. He is qualified to commission LPG and natural gas boilers.
Karl has been with us for a year and is the newest member of our installation team. He came to us with 8 years’ experience. He carries out a lot of underfloor heating and bathroom installations.
Repair & Service Engineer
Tim has 4 years’ experience and completed his apprenticeship with us. He works on the repair and service team and has lots of experience working on both gas and oil boilers.
George has worked with us for 3 years and completed his apprenticeship with us. He mainly works on boiler installations, but also gets involved with bathroom installations.
Gas Service and Repair Engineer
Callum has been with us for 3 years and has recently completed his apprenticeship with us. He is now part of our service team but also has experience carrying out boiler repairs
Scott joined us at the start of the year. He works on the installation team, fitting boilers and bathrooms. He is due to complete his apprenticeship within the next year.
James has been with us for 2 years. He works on boiler and bathroom installations, as well as renewable installations and new build projects.
Having recently joined our installation team Jack is working closely with our Installation Engineer Matthew.
Having recently joined our installation team Bryn is working closely with our Installation Engineer Karl.
Having recently joined our team Matt is working closely with our Engineer Darren. He works on installations, service and repairs.
Jack has been with us for 3 years, managing the office and organising diaries for our repair and service engineers. As the first point of contact for our customers, Jack loves dealing with people.
Hannah has been with Lewington for 4 years. She manages the accounts for the company and has the important task of ensuring payments are made and received on time.
Lewis has been with us for over a year now. He manages our annual service reminder list and engineer diary, as well as booking in breakdown repairs and other appointments.
