Leak from hot water valve in attic.

We discovered a wet patch on our kitchen ceiling. On entering the attic
I discovered that a hot water valve in the attic was leaking.
I contacted Lewingtons via their website and they rang back and offered
an appointment within 48 hours.
At the appropriate time young Callum the plumber appeared on our doorstep and within a very short period of time the leaking valve was confirmed and duly remedied by the very polite and obliging plumber Callum.
I cannot speak highly enough about our experience from the customer telephone department or from Callum the plumber…they are both a credit to K. Lewington Heating and Gas Specialists Ltd.

Excellent service

From my phone call to book an engineer, which was handled very efficiently, and the work being carried out the next day, you could not have got better service. We would fully recommend Lewington.
Lewington have recently serviced our gas fire and more recently resolved a rather major problem with our oil fired boiler.
Companies like this are difficult to find these days. Thank you Lewington.

Great service as ever

I requested an annual service of a boiler.A date was agreed.

On the day, the engineer was running 30 minutes late.Lewingtons took the trouble to ring to forewarn me of the delay.

The engineer completed the work and left things in a clean and tidy condition.

So, great work as ever.Many companies wouldn’t have rung about a delay .

Great team

Was faced with two issues with my electric and oil central heating, gave the team a call and they sent an engineer out the next day; he arrived on time and promptly got on with the service and called the office before engaging with replacing one of the parts. Highly recommend them.
