There has never been a better time to invest in a Renewable Energy Heating System!

As part of targets to reduce UK carbon emissions, the UK Government frequently offers grants and incentive schemes designed to support and encourage domestic properties to move to renewable heating.

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) will run from April 2022 until April 2025 in England and Wales. You can apply for a grant of £5,000 towards your new air source heat pump – or a grant of £6,000 towards a ground source system. The VAT rate applicable to the installation of energy saving materials and technologies will be reduced to 0%, from 1st April 2022 until 31st March 2027.   Find out if you are eligible for BUS and contact us about a cost-effective BUS installation today.

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme is a government scheme to help reduce carbon emissions. It’s available to homes and businesses in England and Wales upgrading from fossil fuel or electric heating systems to renewable systems, such as heat or ground source pumps.

Government schemes help reduce the cost of a renewable energy system. By investing in low-carbon heating and upgrading energy efficiency measures, you will also increase your properties’ value, see reduced energy bills, and have a warmer, more comfortable home.

When it comes to making the switch to low carbon, you can trust Lewington, we’ve been installing renewable energy systems since 2000 and even won awards.
